About us

We are a young startup from Stuttgart, which was founded in autumn 2014 by Dr. Matthias Brunner. We are specialized in software solutions that work with forecasting data. Our team consists besides the founder, who has originally a PhD in physics, of hardware and software developers, computer scientists and a marketing and sales employee.

The focus of our company is on software which improves logistics processes, especially the last mile in big cities. Our claim: The solutions have to be easy to use, efficient and environmentally friendly.

Currently we have three products in our portfolio:

ROSY – routing easy

an app with traffic prediction which calculates suitable alternative departing times and routes already hours before you start your journey

a planning software for efficient order bundling and arrival time prediction, in advance as well as in real time

With  ROSY we applied for the EU funding programs FInish Accelerator or frontier cities and convinced the jury. The project is funded for the first months to start improving the (goods) traffic situation in Stuttgart.

For our ROSY traffic app project we have teamed up with two experts: TRC GmbH from Essen (Germany) and abstracture GmbH from Mainz (Germany). TRC has many years of experience in the field of transport planning and optimization, while abstracture knows all about the development of complex and security-related software. Further, the civil engineering office of Stuttgart supports us by providing us relevant data from traffic measuring points in Stuttgart. This will help in addition to the voluntary geo location data of app users to ensure the constant updating of the traffic forecast.

At the close of 2014, BRINGX launched with a prototype of our planning software as food delivery service in Stuttgart. For about one year, hungry gourmets could order high-quality food from restaurants on “Heute was Besonderes!” (=”Today something special!”; www.heute-was-besonderes.de) and we have delivered it to their homes.

We have chosen two challenges in this case: Stuttgart as “traffic jam capital” of Germany as well as the delivery of food, which must remain hot and fresh. Based on the gained experience we were able to refine our software quickly and launch the courier and delivery service BRINGX, too.

By using our software ourselves for delivery services, we were able to really adapt it to the needs of courier, express and parcel services (CEP). Since autumn 2015, we concentrate on software development.
